Working hours: clinical questions answered by a clinician, technical by an engineer. After hours: critical paging only.
support@getpathways.aiNo slide deck. Send us three de-identified cases you found hard — we'll show you what the engine flags, what it misses, and where it disagrees with you. You leave with a written assessment of fit, even if you don't buy.
Most of the call is you using the product on your own cases. We talk for less than ten minutes total.
If a 30-minute call isn't what you need, here's where the rest of the conversations happen.

No. Please don't. Bring de-identified cases — remove names, dates of birth, MRNs, and anything else identifying. If you want to test on real data, that happens during the trial, under a signed BAA / data-sharing agreement and inside your data-plane region.
Then book the ten-minute version — pick "Anytime" on the form and tell us in the notes. We'll run one case live and skip the sizing conversation. You can always come back for the full call.
Yes. The demo and the 48-hour written fit memo are free, whether or not you go on to trial or buy. If we tell you we're not a fit, you keep the memo.
Up to four people on the call. Past that, ask about an on-site session — we'll fly out for groups of 20+ clinicians or multi-site trusts. We cover our own travel.
The interactive demo on the site is a sandbox with three pre-loaded cases. Useful for a five-minute look. The booked demo is the engine running against your own cases with a clinician on the call answering questions in real time.
That's fine and frankly common. Bring whoever should be there — clinical leads, practice managers, IT. The first call is about whether the medicine works; commercial conversations come later.
